Zoning & planning नियोजन प्राधिकरण
Which authority governs the parcel, and the indicative zone and FSI that follow.
What does the Zoning & planning layer show?
What you may build, and who you must ask, depends on which planning authority the parcel falls under: a municipal corporation, a special planning authority such as NAINA, MSRDC or MMRDA, or the Collector under the regional plan.
This module identifies the governing authority for the parcel and, where digital zone boundaries exist, the land-use zone and the indicative FSI that flows from the authority’s regulations.

What can't this layer tell you?
In the report, digital zoning boundaries are currently available for the NAINA region only. Elsewhere the report names the governing authority but shows zone and FSI as unavailable rather than guessing. The map adds indicative layers that are not in the report: the MSRDC Expressway corridor draft plan (2016-41, not sanctioned), NAINA sanctioned DP land use read from the scanned sheets, and PMRDA town planning schemes in Pune. Zone and FSI figures are indicative. Confirm them with the planning authority before designing or pricing anything on them.
