Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is delivered digitally on this site. When a report or a document arrives, and what happens when it cannot.

Nothing is shipped

LandSahi sells reports and government documents that exist only as web pages and PDF files. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge. Everything you buy is delivered inside your account on this site and can be downloaded from there.

What you receive

  • A report is delivered as a page under My reports, with a PDF export of the same content. Each section shows which official source it read and when.
  • A document order (a 7/12, a फेरफार, an Index-II print) is delivered as the portal's own PDF, with its verification number, under the order on your orders page.

When it arrives

  1. Payment. You pay through Razorpay, the payment gateway on our IDFC FIRST Bank account, by UPI, card or netbanking. The payment is confirmed as soon as your bank authorises it.
  2. Build. The report is built from the live government portals as soon as the payment is confirmed. On a normal day this takes about ten to twenty-five minutes. Progress is shown on the report page step by step.
  3. Delays. Government portals go slow or offline on their own schedules. A step that cannot run is retried, and a section that still cannot be read is reported as unknown rather than invented. If a build has not completed within 24 hours of the payment being matched, write to us and we will tell you where it stands.
  4. Map access. A map subscription or top-up needs no build: access starts the moment the payment is matched, and your account page shows the expiry date, the lookups used and the lookups left.

Where it stays

Reports and documents remain available under your account for as long as the account exists. Sign in with the same email address or number you bought with. Download the PDF if you want a copy that does not depend on us.

When delivery fails

If a report cannot be built at all, or a paid document cannot be fetched from the portal at all, that order or item is re-run or refunded under the refund and cancellation policy. A report that was built, including one with sections marked unknown, is a delivered service.
