Grievance Redressal
How to raise a complaint or a data request, who handles it, and the timelines we commit to.
Effective 10 September 2026. LandSahi is operated by Legacy Technologies Private Limited. This document is written in plain English and is not legal advice; where it changes materially, the new date appears here.
What this covers
Any complaint about a report, a document order, a payment, the way the site works, or the way your personal data is handled, and any request to access, correct or delete personal data. It also covers a person named in a public record we reproduced who believes the record is misrepresented.
Who handles it
- Grievance desk: Legacy Technologies Private Limited
- Email: legacytechnology.india@gmail.com
- Post: Legacy Technologies Private Limited, UB 52, Dheeraj Heritage SV, Meter Room N2, Plot 20, S.V. Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400054
- Form: the contact page, which reaches the same desk.
What to include
Write from the email address on your account or order; that is how we confirm the request is yours, and we will not act on an account request from any other address. Quote the order or report reference where there is one; for a payment matter, the payment ID (it starts with pay_) or, for a manual UPI order, the bank reference (UTR); and say plainly what outcome you want.
Timelines
- Acknowledgement within 1 business day (IST), which is within the 48 hours the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require.
- Resolution within 30 days of the acknowledgement. Where a matter depends on a government portal or a bank reconciliation and needs longer, we tell you why and when before the 30 days run out, not after.
- Data requests (a copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion, withdrawal of consent) follow the same clock and are described in the privacy policy.
If you are not satisfied
You may take a consumer complaint to the consumer commission with jurisdiction over your matter or call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915. A complaint about personal data that we have not resolved may be taken to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, after you have raised it with us first. Nothing on this page limits any right you have in law.
Governing law
These commitments are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any forum the consumer protection law gives you.
