Grievances & data requests

To delete your account and its data, or to raise a grievance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, write from your registered email address to legacytechnology.india@gmail.com. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Payments and refunds

A payment that did not go through as expected, a report that failed to build, or a paid document the portal could not supply. The refund terms say what happens in each case. Quote the order reference and the payment ID (it starts with pay_), or for a manual UPI order the bank reference (UTR), and it moves faster.

We cannot change a government record. If the 7/12, a फेरफार or a registration entry is wrong, the correction has to be made with the issuing authority. A report can only show you what the record currently says, and where.
