Nearby developments शासकीय प्रकल्प
Government project footprints around the parcel, for context only.
What does the Nearby developments layer show?
Highways, rail corridors, airports and other government projects reshape everything around them: access, prices, and sometimes acquisition boundaries. This layer draws known project footprints near the parcel so you can see what is coming to the area.
It is context for judgement. A project two villages away can explain a price run-up, and a corridor next door tells you to read the acquisition-indicators module carefully.
Where does the data come from?
- InferredCurated register (official documents + press), verified against gazettes
- ApproximateProximity computed from cadastral shapes
What can't this layer tell you?
A project near the parcel does not mean the parcel is inside it, acquired, or affected. Nearby is only nearby. Whether this specific parcel falls inside any acquisition or reservation boundary is a separate question. See acquisition indicators, and verify against the official notification before concluding anything.
