Verify a seller's 7/12पडताळणी
A digitally issued 7/12 or फेरफार carries a verification number (a long digit string printed on the document, near the QR code). Paste it here and we ask the issuing portal itself whether it recognises that number. It is the same check the portal's own Verify712 page performs. A photocopied or doctored document fails this check; a genuine digital copy passes it.
What this proves: that the portal issued a document under this number. It does not prove the paper in your hand matches that document. Compare names, survey number and dates against what the seller gave you, or run a full report for the parcel.
When the portal errors: the government verify service is sometimes down (it answers with a server error). We say so instead of guessing. An error is never a verdict about the document.
